Cool Hand Look Privacy Policy

Cool Hand Look is built to work without asking much of you. This policy explains what little data we do handle and why.

No account required

Cool Hand Look does not require you to create an account or sign in. You can use your first full session without giving us any personal information.

What we collect

Session preferences (your chosen intention, session length, and mix settings) are stored locally on your device only. We do not receive or store this information on our servers.

If you subscribe to Cool Hand Look Unlimited, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription entitlement. RevenueCat receives a device-generated user ID and purchase event data (such as which plan you bought and when) so the app can confirm your subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details; Apple handles billing directly and Apple’s own privacy policy applies to that transaction.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.

Why we collect it

The only reason we handle any data at all is to run the app and confirm your subscription. Nothing here is used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Data retention

Your local session preferences stay on your device until you delete the app. Subscription status is retained by RevenueCat and Apple for as long as your subscription is active, following their own retention practices.

Children’s privacy

Cool Hand Look is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can reset your local preferences at any time by deleting and reinstalling the app. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings. To ask a question about your data or request that we look into something, email support@coolhandlook.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Cool Hand Look after a change means you accept the update.
