Cool Hand Look Terms of Use

By downloading or using Cool Hand Look, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

The app

Cool Hand Look is a breathing and relaxation app that pairs guided breathing with generative binaural sound. Cool Hand Look supports relaxation and focus. It is not medical care, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a medical or mental health concern, talk to a qualified professional.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Cool Hand Look on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

Subscriptions

Cool Hand Look offers a free first session with no account required. Continued use requires a Cool Hand Look Unlimited subscription, billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings, under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a subscription.

  • Pricing is shown in the app and may change; if it does, we’ll give notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Payment

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We don’t collect or store your payment information. Billing questions and refund requests go through Apple, not us; see our support page for details.

Your use of the app

Use Cool Hand Look the way it’s meant to be used: personal relaxation and breathing practice. Don’t use it in a way that violates the law, infringes on someone else’s rights, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.

Disclaimer

Cool Hand Look is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific outcome. Results from breathing practice and binaural sound vary by person.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cool Hand Look. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Apple’s standard terms

Apple’s standard End User License Agreement terms also apply where required, including Apple’s role as a third-party beneficiary able to enforce these terms against you.
